Experienced Debt Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate (3+ PQE)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Debt Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate (3+ PQE) to join a prestigious, top-tier international law firm in London. In this role, you’ll advise high-profile clients across the full spectrum of DCM, structured finance, and derivatives transactions within a globally integrated practice.
Role Overview
On a day-to-day level, your new team will count on you to:
- Lead on drafting and negotiating key transaction documentation
- Manage complex deal pipelines
- Stay sharp on changing market regulations
- Take ownership of client matters
- Manage deal economics efficiently
- Build strong relationships across the market
- Mentor junior associates
- Get involved in the firm's wider ESG, diversity, and community programs
