About the Role
We are a team of debt recovery specialists dedicated to serving the property sector. As an Administrator, you will be aiding the process of recovering outstanding arrears, from referral to recovery stage or up to the stage where legal proceedings are required, once our Clients have completed their in-house processes. We work with, and are a trusted partner to, a variety of Management Companies & Freeholders.
This role is working within a team of up to 7 colleagues.
Main Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries by telephone, email & post.
- Providing excellent customer service to over 1800 leaseholders and residents.
- Ensuring all queries are adequately answered, quickly and efficiently in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Carrying out Land Registry searches and cross-referencing of data.
- Checking Lease/TP1 documents for interest rates and relevant clauses.
- Production of letters in line with internal procedures.
- Agree and monitor payment plans.
- Take credit/debit card payments over the telephone.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Accurate scanning and filing of letters/court documents.

Skills & Experience
- Previous Credit Control or Customer Service experience essential.
- Confident, articulate communicator - both orally and in writing.
- Able to build relationships with all Clients & debtors with a resolution focused mentality.
- Able to work with autonomy and as part of a wider team.
- Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically.
- Ability to work under pressure deadlines, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Excellent IT skills, social-media awareness and up to date with new technology

Salary
- £25,000.00 per annum plus benefits
Hours
- 35hrs - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Location
- Worcester Office (Hybrid, once training complete)
Please note that, due to the nature of our sector, all roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
