Debt Recovery Solicitor – Up to £60,000 + Benefits + Bonus
A rare opportunity has come up to join a respected and forward-thinking law firm known for its Commercial Debt Recovery work.
The firm has a strong reputation for practical advice, reliability, and excellent client care, with a tier 1 team acting for a wide mix of clients on pre-legal recoveries, enforcement, and contentious debt matters.
Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Debt Recovery Solicitor to strengthen its established team.
Working alongside senior lawyers, you’ll manage your own caseload, support junior colleagues when needed, and play a part in the ongoing development of the department.
This role will suit a confident litigator or Debt Recovery specialist who enjoys taking ownership, dealing directly with clients, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

The Candidate
- Solicitor with at least 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Debt Recovery experience
- Strong technical understanding of debt recovery and enforcement matters
- Comfortable running your own caseload from start to finish
- Able to prioritise effectively and work both independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills and a genuinely client-focused approach
- Happy to take part in light business development and relationship-building
- Positive, solutions-focused, and thorough in your work
