We are looking for a Debt Sales Support Executive to join our Investor Intelligence team, responsible for providing essential sales, research and production support to the Debt business within Computershare Investor Engagement.
The successful candidate will support both commercial and production functions, helping to build and manage a strong sales pipeline, drive lead generation and prepare high-quality marketing materials, presentations and research. You will also assist, when required, with the production of Debt Holder Identification Reports.
You will collaborate closely with Investor Intelligence Operations, Sales and Support functions across the wider Computershare Issuer Services division, engaging with the broad Fixed Income Markets across business development, client prospecting and market engagement. This is a hands-on role with clear progression opportunities into a specialist Debt Sales or Debt Analyst position within the Investor Engagement team.

In this role, you will provide key sales, research and operational support to the Debt team. You will help identify new business opportunities, build the sales pipeline, generate leads and create engaging presentations and marketing materials. You will also support the preparation of Debt Holder Identification Reports when needed.
You will gain exposure to the wider Fixed Income Markets, supporting business development, prospecting and client engagement. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your understanding of Debt markets, develop your commercial skills and build a clear career path towards a specialist Debt Sales or Debt Analyst role within the Investor Engagement team.

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of Debt and Debt Specialists with sales activities, including market research, prospect targeting and sales presentations. Maintaining accurate Salesforce records
- Managing incoming prospect enquiries, qualifying opportunities and directing them to the relevant Debt Specialists or Sales Directors. Providing clear information and next steps.
- Scheduling client meetings, calls and presentations. Supporting the development and management of new and existing client relationships.
- Supporting the Debt Analysts team with data processing, mapping updates and bank lists. Assisting with debt disclosures and providing vacation cover when required.
- Developing a strong understanding of the Debt Market, the Debt Holder Identification process and the wider Fixed Income Markets. Keeping up to date with market trends
- Building knowledge of Debt, capital markets and investor relations. Understanding customer needs, product benefits, competition and market developments.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholders. Working across teams to deliver effective solutions and agreed service levels
- Managing multiple priorities accurately and proactively. Communicating confidently with clients and senior stakeholders while developing expertise and supporting the growth of the Debt business and sales pipeline.
What will you bring to the role?
We are looking for a Debt Sales Support with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in sales, lead generation or client development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Basic understanding and interest in Debt, Fixed Income or capital markets.
