Citizens Advice North Nottinghamshire is looking for a committed, compassionate, and highly organised individual to join our long-established Debt Team as a Support Worker. Based primarily at our Mansfield and Worksop offices, you will be at the heart of our client journey - ensuring that those who come to us for help receive a smooth, supportive, and effective experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing clients for appointments, assisting with case recording and reporting, and providing essential administrative support to our busy team of Debt Caseworkers.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will often be the first point of contact for clients in crisis. Whether they are facing bailiff action or imminent eviction, you will be trained and supported to respond with empathy, clarity, and professionalism - helping to stabilise their situation before they engage with our specialist advisers.
