Description
Accredited Insurance is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Contractor to support a number of key finance transformation projects over the next nine months, with an initial focus on Technical Debtors and Creditors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical accountant with a strong insurance background who enjoys improving processes, strengthening controls, and solving complex data challenges.

- Leading reconciliation projects across Technical Debtors and Creditors.
- Designing and implementing robust financial controls.
- Analysing large volumes of financial data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
- Supporting finance transformation initiatives and automation projects.
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver key project outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Qualified accountant with 10+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong US GAAP insurance accounting experience (IFRS 17 exposure is advantageous but not essential).
- Proven experience delivering reconciliation and finance improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger/ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Experience working with large datasets; knowledge of SQL and/or Power Query would be advantageous.
- A proactive individual with a track record of leading similar projects and driving tangible improvements.
