We are a trusted property maintenance, decorating, and building company, delivering high-quality solutions across residential, commercial, care homes, retirement living, education, and public sector environments. With over 30 years of industry experience, we pride ourselves on quality workmanship and long-term client relationships.
Role
We are seeking reliable and skilled Painters and Decorators who can carry out a wide range of property maintenance tasks to a high standard. You will work across a variety of properties completing planned maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment works. Works will mostly be external with some internal staircases.

Painters and Decorators
Applicants must have:
- Proven painting and decorating experience
- Their own tools, ladders, and suitable transport
- UTR number and the ability to work under the CIS scheme
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- The ability to complete work to a high standard while meeting agreed programmes

Desirable (Not Essential)
- NVQ qualification in a building trade
- CSCS Card
- Experience working within care homes, housing, or commercial property maintenance
- Commitment to high standards of workmanship
