Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Decorator role based in Virginia Water. The Decorator will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and carrying out interior and exterior decoration to a high standard across residential and commercial properties.

- Repairing and filling surfaces
- Selecting appropriate materials and color schemes
- Ensuring all work meets safety and quality guidelines
- Collaborating with site managers and other trades
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Meeting project deadlines
The Decorator is expected to support Luxuria’s commitment to excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong practical skills in painting, finishing, and general decorating, including surface preparation and application of various materials.
- Good knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices related to decorating and construction environments.
- Ability to read and follow plans or specifications and coordinate with other trades on-site.
- Attention to detail, high standards of workmanship, and a focus on delivering quality results on time.
- Effective communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience as a decorator or painter in residential or commercial projects; experience within property management or construction is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Virginia Water, including flexibility to adapt to different projects and environments.
- Relevant vocational training, apprenticeship, or qualifications in painting and decorating are beneficial.
