We are looking for a friendly, adaptable, and customer-focused Dedicated Cover Ambassador to join our Rapport team in the City of London. As part of a supportive team of around 30 Ambassadors, you’ll provide flexible cover across multiple front-of-house functions, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience for clients, colleagues, and visitors.
In this varied role, no two days are the same. You’ll support Ground Floor Reception, Client Suite Reception, Floor Management, and Room Bookings, stepping in to deliver seamless cover during holidays and absences. Whether welcoming guests, coordinating meeting spaces, supporting events, or ensuring workplace services run smoothly, you’ll play a key part in delivering a five-star experience across a prestigious corporate environment.
This is a brand-new position designed to strengthen our dedicated cover team, working across Room Bookings, Events, Floor Coordination, Porter Services, and Reception.
Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 21 hours per week (3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, on a shift rota basis from 7 AM - 3 PM, 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM – 6 PM)
Salary: £17,500 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support porter responsibilities including heavy lifting and movement of equipment or furniture
- Demonstrate strong email etiquette when communicating with clients, employees, and contractors
- Provide occasional reception cover as required to support the wider front-of-house team
