Join Rapport as a Dedicated Network Receptionist. Be part of a team dedicated to creating an exceptional guest experience at 40 Leadenhall. Our Guest Services team plays a key role in ensuring every visitor, client, and occupier receives a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

This position would suit someone who thrives in a busy, professional environment and is confident taking ownership of a reception desk independently. You will be responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of service while creating a positive and memorable experience for everyone who visits the building.

You will join our Network team assigned to one client, with the flexibility to transition back into the wider Network Team when required. In these periods, you will step into the role of a Corporate Mobile Receptionist, supporting our teams and client portfolio across London and the M25. This offers variety, exposure to multiple workplaces, and the opportunity to deliver exceptional service across different environments.

Type of contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 9 PM)

Salary: £32,960 per annum

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and consistently high standard of service to all visitors, clients, and occupiers.
  • Manage the reception desk and visitor check-in process efficiently, ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting reception environment at all times.
  • Support day-to-day front-of-house operations, responding proactively to guest and client needs.
  • Uphold all building procedures, service standards, and client expectations consistently.
  • Work collaboratively with Security, building teams, and occupiers to ensure a smooth and professional guest journey.
  • Respond confidently to queries, requests, and unexpected situations with professionalism and clarity.
  • Act as a professional ambassador for Rapport and the client, representing both brands to the highest standard.

  • Communicate confidently and build strong relationships with visitors, clients, occupiers, and colleagues across all levels.
  • Demonstrate proactive organization and attention to detail, using quieter periods effectively and maintaining consistently high standards.
  • Show a flexible, solutions-focused, and self-motivated approach, working independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
  • Apply strong customer-service and communication skills with confidence in Microsoft Office and ideally experience in corporate or luxury FOH environments.
