Role Overview
As an Account Recruiter, Security, you will take full ownership of recruitment delivery for a key customer account. You will be responsible for hiring high-quality security professionals to meet the ongoing and future workforce needs of the account.
Working closely with on-site stakeholders and hiring managers, you will develop a strong understanding of the account's operational requirements, ensuring recruitment strategies are aligned to demand, timelines, and service expectations. You will build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a high standard of candidate experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a dedicated customer account
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews and manage the selection process alongside the hiring managers
- Ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies in line with agreed SLAs
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment activity and performance

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience within a recruitment environment, ideally within the security sector
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
- The ability to build strong working relationships within a single-account environment
- A proactive approach, with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Adaptability and the ability to respond to changing demands
You will also be willing to travel occasionally to support the account, which may include overnight stays.
