The Role
Monitor solution health, plan upgrades and configuration improvements, and resolve complex technical issues before they disrupt operations.
- Own escalations, root-cause analysis and clear communication across customer and internal stakeholders.
- Advise customer technical teams, deliver training and create practical documentation that builds self-sufficiency.
- Support demonstrations, proof-of-concept work and technical sales conversations where your post-sales credibility adds value.
- Travel periodically for system assessments and strategic customer discussions.

What We're Looking For
- Five or more years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineering, Systems Engineering or Technical Account Management role.
- Strong networking, security, infrastructure integration and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience presenting technical solutions and supporting complex pre-sales or expansion conversations.
- Ability to work within professional-services delivery practices and communicate with both technical and commercial audiences.

DDoS mitigation experience or networking and cybersecurity certifications would be useful, but strong adjacent network-security backgrounds are also relevant.
