Introduction to Role & Team
Bumble Inc. is looking for an Integrity Operations Specialist to join our Trust Operations team. Trust and safety are central to Bumble’s mission to create a world where all relationships are healthy and equitable, and in this role you’ll help bring that mission to life by supporting members through some of their most sensitive and challenging experiences.
You’ll investigate safety concerns, review accounts and content against Bumble Inc.’s Community Guidelines, and provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to members who have experienced safety incidents. You’ll work across a range of complex and sensitive issues, using established policies, operational guidance, sound judgment, and AI-supported tools to reach fair and consistent outcomes. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues across Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, and Legal, taking ownership of cases and demonstrating our Bumble values of Respect, Curiosity, and Excellence in how you support our community and one another.
This role will be based in the U.S. and will report to the Senior Integrity Operations Manager.
Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive and graphic content, including but not limited to vulgar, violent, and sexual content.
What you’ll do
- Investigate and take action on member reports and proactive detections involving safety concerns, including harassment, threats, non-consensual imagery, and other potential violations of Bumble Inc.’s Community Guidelines.
- Provide thoughtful, high-touch and trauma-informed support to members who have experienced safety incidents, demonstrating Respect and care while following established safety processes.
- Review accounts and content flagged for potential safety violations, applying policies and operational guidance consistently while using sound judgment to determine appropriate next steps.
- Manage sensitive and time-critical cases with attention to detail, taking ownership of your work and seeing cases through from initial review to an appropriate outcome.
- Collaborate purposefully with Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, Legal, and other partners to escalate and help resolve cases that require additional expertise or support.
- Identify recurring issues, patterns, and opportunities to improve workflows, sharing insights that can strengthen operational consistency and member safety.
- Use AI-supported tools and internal systems to improve efficiency and support decision-making, reviewing outputs critically for accuracy, bias, privacy, and fairness and applying human judgment before taking action.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, adapting with an agile mindset to support our global community.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
