We are Hiring Defence Logistics Support Officer ( Quartermaster /Sergeant / Spares Provisioning & Ranging / Inventory / Weapons / Munitions )
Location: Hybrid 3 Days in Bristol Office
Strong background as a Quartermaster/ Senior Logistics Officer, or Defence Supply Chain Lead, with deep familiarity with defence inventory regulations, DLF (Defence Logistics Framework), and SSDT (Support System Decision Tool) artefacts.
- Experience managing high-complexity weapons/naval systems, including component-level assembly/build inventory (manufacturing/assembly level) rather than basic line-replaceable units (LRUs).
- Proven capability in developing spares models, calculating safety stocks, determining initial provisioning, and executing spares ranging and scaling to match operational availability requirements.
- Prior experience reviewing prime contractor, Suppliers on basis of Estimates (BoE), monitoring KPI performance, conducting supply chain risk assessments, and supporting Through Life Management Plans (TLMP).
- Hands-on experience coordinating military/defense freight logistics and interfacing directly with Delivery Managers (DMs) to maintain inventory system data integrity and forecast future demand.
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision, bring own equipment (BYOD/laptop), and manage flexible working patterns to hit client deliverables efficiently.
