Your Role
Join Capgemini Engineering and help deliver cutting-edge defence and mission systems across the UK and internationally. Working within a team of systems engineering and MBSE specialists, you'll support projects throughout the system lifecycle, from concept development to in-service support, while helping clients enhance their digital engineering capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver systems engineering and MBSE solutions on complex defence programmes.
- Engage with stakeholders to define, analyse, and manage requirements.
- Apply SysML and MBSE methodologies using industry-leading toolsets.
- Provide technical guidance and support capability growth within project teams.
- Contribute to digital transformation and systems engineering improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Experience delivering defence-related systems engineering projects.
- Knowledge of software-intensive mission systems.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes and MBSE.
- Experience with SysML and tools such as Cameo, Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody, or Capella.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

- Location: London, South West, or South Coast
- Hybrid Working: 2 - 3 days in the office, depending on client needs
