Defendant Clinical Negligence London Associate/Senior A - Remote and office-based £85,000 +
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate looking to progress their career - in a team which has a reputation for being the most balanced with work and home life. They are dedicated lawyers who feel passionately about their work, but prioritise home life - and it works.
If an Associate, you will be guided towards a SA role, and if a SA, you'll be mentored towards Legal Director in due course. The focus will be on your progression.

You will work within a team which manages a variety of work for defendant clinical negligence clients, including NHS Resolution and insurer / medical malpractice clients. They are award winning, having received major recognition over the last few years - of which they are very proud.
You will run a caseload of clinical negligence files to include:
- Drafting reports
- Interviewing witnesses
- Drafting witness statements
- Instructing experts
- Instructing counsel
- Attending Court for Case Management Conferences and Application Hearings
- Negotiating settlements
- Holding conferences with Counsel
- Preparing for and attending trials and mediations
