Personal Injury Solicitor (Defendant EL/PL)
Bradford | Hybrid Working | Up to £67,000 DOE
A well-established Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its highly regarded Defendant EL/PL litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to take ownership of a quality caseload while mentoring junior members of the team.
The Role
You will independently manage a caseload of litigated Defendant Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims on behalf of a portfolio of major national retail and logistics clients. Working within a collaborative litigation team, you'll handle matters from the point they enter litigation through to resolution, while providing technical support and guidance to more junior colleagues.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with 4+ years' PQE
- Strong background in Defendant EL/PL litigation
- Confident managing your own caseload of litigated claims
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior fee earners would be advantageous
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently
