Prediction Markets / DeFi – Junior Trader
(Supporting the Senior Trader outside of his working hours 11pm-7am UTC)
Candidate should be familiar with prediction markets and DeFi, ideally with previous professional or personal trading experience in these areas. Ability to work independently and maintain strong attention to detail is required.

- Opportunity identification
- Trade execution

- Operations & reporting
Description:
- Find arbitrage opportunities across prediction market platforms using the trading dashboard and notification systems.
- Execute on opportunities that meet predefined profit and risk thresholds set by senior trader.
- Notify the Senior Trader about any issues or opportunities that require manual review.
- Monitor active positions of junior and senior traders, and identify potential exit opportunities that meet predefined exit criteria.
- Monitor trading bots, dashboards and platform connectivity status outside the Senior Trader's working hours.
- Prepare a short daily report summarizing activity during the shift. Prepare weekly PNL reports on junior trader’s account activity.
- Assist senior traders with market research on strategy related topics.

Objective:
- Provide continuous coverage outside the Senior Trader's working hours by executing approved arbitrage strategies, doing research, monitoring risk, and ensuring profitable opportunities to open and close positions are not missed.
