This fully funded Degree Apprenticeship offers the perfect blend of academic learning and hands-on experience in luxury hotels. Over three years, you’ll complete a BA (Hons) in Applied Hospitality Management and achieve a Level 6 Chartered Manager Apprenticeship, all while working in one of London’s most iconic hotels.
This is a Degree Apprenticeship in a hospitality business, so will involve shift work including weekends and evenings. There is also the opportunity to earn service charge and other incentives on top of your salary.

What You’ll Do

- 1 year in the Front Office department
- 1 year in the Food & Beverage department
- One day per week spent studying with Gloucester University, study days will be held within London based venues
- In your first 2 years, you’ll gain a more rounded knowledge of the hotel operations
- In your final year, you will pick a specialism in one of these areas, which you will continue in your role to develop your supervisory/managerial skills for the final year of your programme.
