What You’ll Do
As a Degree Apprentice, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You’ll have the opportunity to complete a fully funded BA (Hons) Degree in Project Management without the student debt! On successful completion, you will be eligible to become a full member of the Association for Project Management (APM), the Chartered Body for the Project Profession. All while gaining hands on experience in Luxury 5 star hospitality.
- 6 month rotations in Food & Beverage and Rooms division in your first 2 years and your choice of specialism for your 3rd and final year.
- Your training plan will include:
- 36 months practical training period and 3-6 months for the End Point Assessment
- 1 study day a week based in London

What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- GCSE English Language & Maths (grade Grade 9 - 4 (A*- C))
- Keen interest in Luxury Hospitality and Guest Service
- Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
