Position Overview

An opportunity to complete a fully funded Degree Apprenticeship across 3 years with Dorchester Collection, in partnership with the University of Gloucestershire. Complete a BA (Hons) Degree in Project Management without the student debt! On successful completion, you will be eligible to become a full member of the Association for Project Management (APM), the Chartered Body for the Project Profession. All whilst gaining practical operational experience in luxury hotels in the hospitality industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in one of the most highly recognised hospitality organisations in the world whilst providing you with the opportunity to study a fully funded Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship in Hospitality.

What You'll Do

In your first 2 years, you will spend time in different operational departments on rotation, gaining a rounded knowledge of the Hotel.

Following this, you will pick a specialism in one of these areas, and you will continue to develop your supervisory/managerial skills for the final year of your programme.

  • 32 hours hotel operational work plus 8 hours per week on a study day
  • Monday-Sunday shift pattern. Weekend and evening shifts will be part of your shift pattern
