Delegate Acquisition Executive | Office-based in Bristol, UK | Full-time
(This is a fully office-based role in Bristol - please only apply if you're able to work on-site.)
Kinetic Alliance is a family-run B2B events company. We get senior decision-makers into a room (or on a call) together - exclusive dinners, executive roadshows, virtual roundtables - so our tech partners can build pipeline and close deals faster.
The role
You'll be the person who gets the right people to say yes. Researching, targeting and engaging senior executives, then persuading them to commit to attending one of our events. You'll manage that relationship from first contact through to a confirmed booking, working closely with our sales and events teams who take it from there.

What you'll actually be doing
- Hunting down the right delegates via LinkedIn, CRM tools and old-fashioned research
- Picking up the phone (and email, and LinkedIn) to pitch senior leaders on why they should attend
- Building rapport quickly and converting interest into confirmed bookings
- Keeping the CRM clean and current
- Hitting targets - individually and as a team
You'll thrive here if you
- Can talk to a CEO with the same confidence as a mate down the pub
- Are naturally curious and good at digging into a business to find the right people
- Stay organised when juggling multiple events and deadlines at once
- Have used a CRM before (or pick up new systems fast)
- Are driven by targets, not intimidated by them
- Write and speak excellent English - extra languages are a bonus
