Looking for a sales role where your earning potential is directly linked to your performance?

We're working with an established international events business that's looking for a Delegate Sales / Audience Development Executive to drive delegate attendance across a portfolio of B2B conferences.

This is a commercially focused role where you'll be responsible for generating delegate revenue, engaging senior professionals and identifying opportunities to grow attendance across the events portfolio.

You'll also play an important role in building relationships with senior decision-makers, including inviting C-suite executives to attend as VIP guests.

What you'll be doing:

  • Selling delegate places for B2B conferences
  • Managing the sales process from initial outreach through to close
  • Engaging senior professionals and business decision-makers
  • Identifying and contacting potential delegates through targeted outreach
  • Inviting senior executives to attend as complimentary VIP guests
  • Building relationships with prospective attendees
  • Working towards individual revenue and attendance targets
  • Managing follow-ups and maintaining an active sales pipeline
  • Using CRM systems to track activity and opportunities
  • Representing the events professionally with prospective delegates

About you:

  • 1+ year of B2B, events or conference sales experience
  • Confident and commercially driven
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach and new business development
  • Motivated by targets, commission and earning potential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious and keen to progress quickly
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Organised with strong follow-through
  • Confident engaging with senior-level professional
