The company delivers a portfolio of high-profile conferences and investment meetings, bringing together senior decision-makers, investors, government representatives and industry leaders. - Selling conference and event places via phone-based consultative sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieving agreed revenue and sales targets
- Identifying new business and growth opportunities
- Following up inbound enquiries and maximising upselling opportunities
- Working closely with Marketing and other internal teams to support event growth
- Monitoring competitor activity and market developments
- Maintaining accurate CRM/database records and sales reporting
- Supporting customer payment and account processes
About You
- Commercially minded with a strong sales focus
- Confident, resilient and target driven
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable with telephone-based B2B sales
- Consultative in their approach, with strong objection-handling skills
- Organised with good time-management skills
- Tenacious, ambitious and motivated to exceed targets
- Customer focused with the ability to solve problems quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
