Delegate Sales Executive – B2B Gaming Events
Location: London office
Salary: Competitive basic + commission
Language requirement: Fluent Russian
Experience: Ideally 1+ year of B2B sales experience
I am recruiting for a growing international events business based in London, operating within the gaming industry, looking for a motivated and commercially minded Delegate Sales Executive to join their team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their B2B sales career who is ambitious, confident speaking to senior professionals and keen to build a career within the events industry.
What is Delegate Sales?
If you haven't worked in events before, you may not have come across the term delegate sales.
Put simply, delegate sales is about selling tickets and passes to professionals to attend B2B conferences and events.
Rather than selling sponsorship or exhibition stands to companies, you will be speaking directly with the individuals and businesses that the event has been designed for, explaining why the conference is relevant to them and converting that interest into paid attendance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
