About Golf Business Technology (GBT)
Golf Business Technology is the B2B media and events brand for the business side of golf. Our flagship event, the GBT Conference (GBTC27), takes place 4–6 May 2027 at the Titanic Hotel Belfast, bringing together golf club owners, operators, managers and the technology suppliers who serve them.
The Role
We're looking for a driven sales professional to grow delegate numbers for GBTC27 in the run-up to the conference. You'll work closely with the founder and focus entirely on selling conference passes to golf clubs, operators and industry professionals across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

What You'll Do
- Run new business outbound calls and email campaigns to golf clubs, operators and industry contacts
- Re-engage previous and lapsed delegates and convert warm leads
- Present delegate packages and close bookings
- Keep the CRM up to date and report weekly on pipeline and bookings
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B phone and email sales experience – events, conferences or media sales is a big plus
- Confident, personable and comfortable picking up the phone
- Organised and self-motivated, able to work independently and remotely
- An interest in golf or the golf industry is helpful but not essential

What We Offer
- £14–£16 per hour, plus commission on delegate sales (structure to be confirmed)
- Flexible, part-time hours: 3 days a week, 5 hours a day
- Remote working
- Start date: January 2027, for 3 months
