Delegate Sales Leader
Salary £50,000 - £60,000 (100k OTE)
Ready to lead a high performing sales function and drive its next phase of growth?
A leading events business is looking for an exceptional Delegate Sales Leader to work alongside the Head of Delegate Sales and raise the performance of the wider function.
The company
This is a rare opportunity to take a senior leadership role, helping shape and scale a high performing Delegate Sales function across a growing portfolio of major B2B events. Working closely with the Head of Delegate Sales, you’ll have significant influence over strategy, team development and revenue growth, with the opportunity to build a stronger sales organisation and unlock new commercial opportunities.

The role
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Drive delegate revenue and consistently improve performance.
- Identify capability gaps and deliver effective training and development.
- Grow primary delegate acquisition and vendor revenue.
- Improve sales processes, performance management and best practice.

- Proven senior sales leadership experience.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Exceptional coaching and people development skills.
- Highly commercial, competitive and results driven.
- Experience in events, delegate sales or B2B sales is desirable.
