This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career within the Lloyd’s insurance market as part of a growing Delegated Authority team. The role would suit a recent graduate from a Finance, Economics or similar numerical degree. It could also suit someone already working within insurance who is looking to move into Delegated Authority for the first time.
You will receive hands on training while gaining exposure to Underwriting, Operations and Compliance. There is a clear opportunity to build technical insurance knowledge while developing strong analytical skills within an area of the market that continues to grow.

- Supporting the review and ongoing management of Delegated Authority agreements
- Assisting with due diligence and governance checks on delegated business
- Working with underwriting teams to ensure information is complete and accurate
- Supporting the monitoring of binding authorities and other delegated arrangements
- Helping prepare management information and internal reporting
- Reviewing data received from external partners and identifying any issues
- Maintaining accurate records across internal and Lloyd’s systems
- Working with brokers, MGAs and other external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Supporting wider projects across the Delegated Authority team

Experience you’ll need:
- A degree within Finance, Economics, Business or another numerical subject would be preferred
- Strong Excel skills with confidence working with data
- Good numerical and analytical ability
- Strong attention to detail
- A genuine interest in developing a career within insurance
- Previous London Market experience is not essential
