Calling all experienced, passionate and hands-on Delicatessen Supervisors looking for their next hospitality opportunity! Lina Stores is hiring.

About The Role - Delicatessen Supervisor

As a Delicatessen Supervisor, you will play an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the deli, leading and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain Lina Stores' high standards.

You will lead by example, supporting the team with customer service, coffee and food preparation, retail sales and daily operations. You will help manage stock, deliveries, presentation and opening and closing procedures, while ensuring all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are consistently followed.

Ideal Candidate - Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Team Member in a deli, retail, café or hospitality environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Confident leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of food, retail products and ideally Italian food.
  • Organised and confident with stock management and daily operations.
  • A hands-on team player who leads by example.
  • Able to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
