About Colt

Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.

Why We Need This Role

Reporting to the HR Project and Change Manager, this role plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the People & Culture (P&C) portfolio by coordinating projects and driving effective change adoption. This role provides key support to the team to ensure that P&C initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with the quality needed to deliver to the business.

What You Will Do

  • Support with the P&C Delivery PMO; standardise intake, prioritisation, delivery tracking, adoption measurement, and benefits realisation.
  • Coordinate and own PMO tactical deliverables and parts of the cyclical delivery or workstreams in bigger programmes e.g. performance management or pay review.
  • Support Project and Change manager in delivering cyclical delivery actions.
  • Coordinating Delivery Team activities such as roadmap, status reports, plans, risks and issues.
  • Preparing weekly meetings/documentation for project and steerco meetings.
  • Support stakeholder management and engagement approach on various projects.
  • Ensuring all key PM documentation is centrally managed and available throughout programmes. Update and maintain relevant toolkits and project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance materials.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate and supporting the development of mitigation actions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
