What To Expect

As a Delivery Advisor at Tesla, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional experience from order to delivery. You will manage a pipeline of customers, proactively supporting them through the delivery process and ensuring expectations are set, timelines are clear, and all necessary steps are completed efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams to provide a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and track the pipeline of customers, ensuring every delivery is planned and executed smoothly
  • Communicate regularly with customers, setting expectations and providing updates on delivery timelines
  • Validate and adjust purchase solutions to ensure a successful delivery process
  • Coordinate with Sales, Field Delivery, and Service teams to resolve any issues and maintain a seamless experience
  • Ensure all documentation, financing, and registration tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Monitor customer readiness metrics and identify areas for process improvement
  • Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset while adhering to Tesla’s operational processes

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales, delivery, or operations
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting Tesla’s mission
  • Proficient in internal business systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Holds a valid driver’s licence and a safe driving record
