Job Description
ASOS Supply Chain is responsible for inbound, warehousing, outbound and returns of our customers parcels across the globe. As a Delivery and Returns Coordinator, you will be part of the team delivering insight, analysis & action to any of the areas within Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a supply chain environment either working for a delivery carrier, within a warehouse or supporting inbound operations, managing stakeholder relationships.
You will be a core part of the Supply Chain team working with operational, strategic development managers and our data team, so you’ll need to have a collaborative mindset and be comfortable in a dynamic and changeable work environment. Part of the role will also be chipping in to support implementations or supporting over peak, so being a team player is very important. The Details
- Data Analysis: Analyse business data within ASOS platforms to identify process inefficiencies and potential areas for improvement including tracking of non-compliance or variance vs the design intent path.
- Drive Improvement: Connecting data to anecdotes with operations enabling your team to solve problems.
- Trend Identification: Proactive identification of trends and clear communication of these to Supply Chain Managers and partner stakeholders.
- Decision Making: Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.
- Evaluating Performance: Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategies for enhancements.
- Business Change: Working with internal & external stakeholders to challenge the status quo and drive improvements for our customers

Qualifications
About You
- Experience in logistics or carrier management
- Critical thinking with an analytical mindset
- Data driven but anecdote aware. Not confined to the perfect result.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Commercial acumen
- Operationally minded with a focus on coming up with solutions and driving improvements
- Team player mindset
- Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels throughout the business
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
