Delivery Coach / Agile Transformation Coach
£550 per day (Inside IR35)
4+ Month Contract (with strong extension potential)
Hybrid: 1 day per week in Edinburgh or London
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a highly regarded product and delivery consultancy to find an experienced Delivery Coach to support a large-scale transformation programme within one of the UK's leading media and technology organisations.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a long-term delivery transformation initiative, helping multiple engineering and product teams adopt consistent, scalable ways of working that improve planning, prioritisation, transparency and delivery outcomes.
You'll be embedded within the client organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery leaders and engineering teams to drive meaningful and lasting change.
About the Programme
The organisation is rolling out a new delivery operating model across several business-critical technology domains following a successful pilot phase.
The transformation focuses on creating greater consistency across delivery governance, demand management, planning, reporting and agile delivery practices. The aim is to enable teams to make better decisions, improve delivery predictability and create a more transparent and scalable operating environment.

As a Delivery Coach, you'll help embed these ways of working across multiple domains while ensuring adoption is practical, sustainable and tailored to the needs of each team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coaching delivery leaders, product teams and engineering stakeholders through organisational change
- Embedding best-practice demand management and prioritisation approaches
- Introducing effective capacity planning and forecasting processes
- Driving consistency in delivery reporting, metrics and governance
- Improving Jira usage, workflows and reporting standards
- Coaching teams on Agile and Scrum ways of working
- Supporting stronger approaches to estimation, risk management and delivery planning
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing change across multiple teams
- Helping establish sustainable delivery practices that continue long after the engagement concludes

What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Delivery Coach, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or similar
- Strong experience operating within large, complex organisations
- Proven track record delivering delivery or agile transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira and delivery reporting
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and modern product delivery practices
- Experience implementing demand management, intake or prioritisation frameworks
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a wider transformation team
- Consultancy experience would be highly beneficial
