Delivery Consultant - Method Resourcing | Bristol | Hybrid (3 days a week on site)
We’re growing our Delivery team at Method and looking for an experienced recruiter who loves the part of recruitment that actually involves finding great people and filling jobs.
This is a pure Delivery role with no BD target.
You’ll work alongside our 360 consultants on established Technology and Data clients, taking ownership of live vacancies from qualification through to placement.
We’re not looking for someone who simply searches LinkedIn, sends a few CVs and moves onto the next job.
We want someone who enjoys getting under the bonnet of a role, understanding the market, headhunting properly and finding the candidate that other recruiters haven’t.
What you'll be doing
- Joining client qualification calls and understanding exactly what makes a role fillable
- Building and executing search strategies across LinkedIn, our database, referrals, networking and other sourcing tools
- Headhunting across Technology and Data markets
- Qualifying candidates properly around motivation, salary, notice period, competing processes and counter offers
- Producing high quality candidate submissions rather than simply sending CVs
- Preparing candidates thoroughly for interviews
- Managing interview processes, feedback and offers
- Working closely with our 360 consultants and challenging briefs when the market tells us something needs to change
- Taking genuine ownership of your jobs from start to finish
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we're looking for
You’ll already have recruitment experience, ideally within Technology, Data or another specialist professional market.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who has a proper delivery mentality.
Someone who sees a difficult search as a challenge rather than a reason to move onto something easier.
You might already work in a pure Delivery role, or you could be a 360 recruiter who loves the candidate and search side of recruitment but has had enough of your career being dictated by BD.
You’ll be proactive, commercially aware, comfortable headhunting and capable of managing your own desk without needing someone else to rescue a difficult search.

Why Method?
We want Delivery to be a genuine career path at Method, not a support function. There is a clear route from Consultant through Senior and Principal level, with the opportunity to take ownership of strategic areas of the Delivery function as you progress.
You can build a successful career, earn good money and develop leadership responsibility without being forced into BD or traditional people management.
You’ll also get access to established client relationships and live roles across our Technology and Data markets, while working within a collaborative team where people genuinely help each other fill jobs.
If you’re an experienced recruiter who loves finding candidates, filling difficult roles and wants to focus on becoming exceptional at Delivery, I’d love to have a chat.
