About Xcede

Established in 2003, we are a specialist technology recruitment business, working with some of the most exciting companies in Data & AI, Engineering, Product and Cyber Security. We are PE-backed, headquartered in London with offices and presence in Miami, New York, Berlin and Cape Town. We partner with everyone from some of the most exciting VC-backed start-ups, frontier AI labs, through to large enterprises and multinational organisations.

The Role

We are looking for 2-3 Delivery Consultants to join our permanent search team, based in London. You will be supporting some of our top billers, owning the candidate side of our searchers, focusing on sourcing, engaging and representing the best technical talent in the market. This is a high-impact role at the heart of every placement we make: you'll be the first conversation many candidates have with Xcede, and your work directly determines the quality of the shortlists we put in front of clients.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Researching and mapping talent markets to identify strong candidates for live roles, including those who aren't actively looking
  • Running creative outreach across LinkedIn, email, communities and referrals to engage passive talent
  • Holding in-depth screening conversations to understand candidates' skills, motivations and what would make them move
  • Building shortlists and presenting candidates to the consultant team with clear, compelling write-ups
  • Managing candidates through the process: interview preparation, feedback, offer stage and beyond
  • Building your own network in a specialist area of the tech market over time
  • Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date
  • Supporting and attending some of our own, industry-leading networking events, meet-ups and roundtables

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
