We are growing at Ellis Group, and we are looking for ambitious, high-performing Delivery Consultants who want more than just their next recruitment role. We are looking for people who want to build a specialist career, work with global clients, and play a key role in the growth of an ambitious international recruitment business.

We are based in Richmond upon Thames, London – just 8 minutes from Clapham Junction by train.

Who are we looking for?

We're keen to connect with Delivery Consultants who have:

  • 3+ years' experience in permanent or contract recruitment delivery.
  • A proven track record within Oracle, SAP, Data & AI, or closely related enterprise technology markets.
  • Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and relationship management skills.
  • The ambition to develop into a recognised specialist in their market.
  • A genuine appetite to grow, contribute, and succeed within an expanding international business.
