Delivery Consultant – Cyber, Data & AI Sales Recruitment - Manchester
A fast-growing global recruitment business specialising in senior software sales appointments is looking to hire a Delivery Consultant to join its expanding team in Manchester.
Established in 2022, the business focuses on placing high-performing commercial talent across Cyber Security, Data and AI markets, partnering with innovative technology companies globally, with a particularly strong presence across the US market.

The Opportunity
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to work in a modern, high-performance recruitment environment that values quality, relationship-building, and personal brand development.
The business believes strongly in doing recruitment properly — consultants are encouraged to build genuine long-term relationships with clients and candidates, attend industry events, and regularly meet customers face-to-face, including opportunities to travel internationally and spend time with clients in the US market.
Average fees sit between £20k–£25k, giving consultants the opportunity to work on high-value assignments within some of the fastest-growing areas in technology.

The Ideal Background

- Individuals with at least 6 months’ experience within recruitment or sales
- Experienced recruiters with 360 business development experience, particularly within technology recruitment
