I am partnered with a specialist GTM search partner that’s 3X’d their revenue in 3 years, working on an exclusive & retained model with tier-1 VCs.
This Global GTM Search business has a reputation for developing high-performing recruiters, with over half the team hitting £500k–£1m+ PA. With one of the most extensive VC networks in the industry, you’re plugged into the clients needed to build a successful desk from day one.
This is a Delivery opportunity where, after making 5 placements, you can inherit account relationships as your own and be paid 100% on delivery.

- 18 months+ recruitment experience
- Background in Tech, GTM, Sales or Engineering recruitment

- Strong delivery mindset - you know how to find, engage and close a candidate
