The Role
As a Delivery Consultant, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of retained executive search and management selection assignments.
Working closely with Consultants and Directors, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and assessing senior-level talent across a diverse range of industry sectors. You will support the entire search process, from market mapping and candidate identification through to shortlist preparation and candidate management.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruitment professional who enjoys research-led recruitment, building relationships with senior professionals, and being part of a high-performing, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver retained executive search assignments across a variety of sectors and functional disciplines.
- Conduct detailed market research and mapping projects to identify target companies and individuals.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, databases, and networking strategies to identify and engage high-calibre candidates.
- Conduct candidate qualification calls and competency-based interviews.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the search process.
- Prepare candidate reports, market insights, and shortlist documentation for clients.
- Collaborate closely with Consultants and Directors to develop effective search strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM system.
- Provide regular assignment updates and progress reports.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support client delivery and business development activities.

About You
You don't need a background in recruitment or executive search to be successful in this role.
We are interested in people who enjoy finding answers, building relationships, managing projects, and delivering excellent outcomes. You may currently work in research, customer service, account management, business support, project coordination, sales support, operations, hospitality, education, or another professional environment where communication, organisation, and attention to detail are critical.

- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

The Opportunity
No prior executive search experience is required.
We will provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop the skills needed to deliver retained search assignments for clients across a range of industries. You will learn how to identify and engage senior talent, conduct market research, assess candidates, and manage assignments from initial briefing through to successful completion.
This role would suit a graduate-calibre individual, or someone with experience in a professional, customer-focused, research-led, or project-based environment who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.
