RED Global | Shoreditch, London | £30,000 + commission Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home


RED Global is a global SAP & technology recruitment business with 25+ years of experience. We work with some of the biggest companies in the world, helping them find the people they need across SAP and technology.

We’re now growing our Life Sciences team in London, working across Pharma, Biotech and MedTech and we’re looking for a 180 Delivery Consultant to join the team.

If you’ve got 1+ year of recruitment or sales experience, are competitive, enjoy speaking to people and want to build a career where your hard work is rewarded, this could be for you!


So what will you actually be doing?

You’ll be the person finding the talent our clients need.

That means spending your day speaking and listening to people, building relationships and finding the right candidates for roles across SAP and technology.

You’ll be:

  • Searching for great candidates using LinkedIn, our database and other tools
  • Picking up the phone and building relationships with candidates
  • Understanding what candidates want from their next move
  • Matching people to the right roles and clients
  • Working closely with our sales consultants to fill live vacancies
  • Building your own candidate network and market knowledge
  • Managing candidates through the recruitment process
  • Working towards targets and of course, celebrating the wins
