An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Delivery Consultant to join an ambitious, high-performing recruitment business specialising in building Go-To-Market teams for some of the world’s fastest-growing, venture capital-backed technology companies.

The Role
The successful candidate will join a specialist delivery team, focusing on identifying, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidates for a range of technical and commercial recruitment assignments.
Working closely with experienced consultants and the wider leadership team, they will play a key role in delivering against live client requirements while developing their knowledge of the technology recruitment market.
The role offers exposure to international talent markets, complex searches and high-value recruitment assignments, with the opportunity to develop into a senior delivery specialist or take on broader responsibilities as the business continues to grow.

Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates for specialist recruitment assignments.
- Building and developing talent pools across relevant technology and commercial markets.
- Engaging candidates through personalised outreach, including LinkedIn, email, video and telephone.
- Conducting in-depth candidate conversations to assess experience, motivations, achievements and suitability.
- Qualifying candidates against detailed client briefs and presenting high-quality profiles to the wider team.
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement through to interview and offer.
- Working closely with consultants and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver against live vacancies.
- Providing a consistently high standard of candidate experience through clear communication and effective relationship management.
- Developing market knowledge and becoming an expert in the talent communities and sectors covered.
- Contributing to the continued growth of the division through consistent delivery, collaboration and a commitment to quality.
The Ideal Candidate
The business is particularly interested in individuals with approximately 6–18 months of sales or recruitment experience who have developed a solid foundation and are looking for an environment where they can accelerate their career.
However, the business is open to candidates from different backgrounds. Attitude, ambition and potential are considered just as important as previous experience.

Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial, particularly within technology or SaaS, but it is not essential for someone who can demonstrate the right characteristics and a strong appetite to learn.
