About the Role

At Ellis Group, we are continuing to grow our global business and are looking to connect with ambitious, high-performing Delivery Consultants who want to build a long-term specialist career within Enterprise Systems. Our office is based in Richmond, just 8 minutes from Clapham Junction.

If you have 3+ years' experience delivering permanent or contract recruitment across Oracle, SAP, or Data & AI, and you're looking to accelerate your career, work with global clients, and make a real impact over the next 12 months, we want to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to join a specialist recruitment business with a strong reputation in enterprise technology, supporting global organisations while playing a key role in the next phase of our international growth.

We're Looking For

We're looking for recruiters who have:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' recruitment delivery experience, either permanent, contract, or both.
  • A proven track record delivering high-quality recruitment solutions within Enterprise Systems, specialising in Oracle, SAP, or Data & AI.
  • Strong candidate management and delivery skills, with the ability to source, engage, and secure high-calibre talent.
  • Experience managing multiple live vacancies and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • A consultative approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
