Location: Bradley Stoke (Office Based) | Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission

At Freight Appointments, we recruit exclusively into the US and EU freight & logistics market. We've been established for over 8 years and have built a business where ambitious people can earn well, have a laugh, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

We're looking for a Delivery Consultant / Resourcer to join our growing team.

This is a candidate-focused role where you'll spend your day speaking to people, building relationships, uncovering opportunities and matching great candidates with exciting careers.

What you'll be doing

  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and headhunting
  • Spending plenty of time on the phone building relationships
  • Interviewing and qualifying candidates
  • Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Building talent pipelines for future opportunities
  • Supporting consultants on live vacancies
