Delivery Consultant – Join our high-energy team in London!
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

✨ What You'll Be Doing:
- Build real connections with candidates on every call.
- Source amazing talent using LinkedIn, our database, website, and Bullhorn.
- Interview, qualify, and get to the heart of each candidate’s story.
- Keep candidate records sharp, accurate, and up to date.
- Be a trusted advisor – giving candidates and clients insight into market trends, salaries, and opportunities.
- Champion your candidates to clients through compelling shortlists and CVs.
- Always deliver honest feedback and a positive, transparent experience.
- Help improve client and candidate satisfaction – measured through feedback and care scores.
- Manage offers and collaborate with our compliance team to get everything over the line.
- Build long-term relationships that position Stott and May as a go-to partner.
