Delivery Consultant Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a Delivery Consultant role, working within White Collar Civils and Structural recruitment, though the client is open to experience in any professional, white collar market.
This will become a FULLY REMOTE opportunity, though candidates must be able to be in London for 3 days a week for the first two weeks of the role, whilst training is provided.
This role will also allow the candidate to select the hours they work, so long as they are able to produce results.

The client is also open to 360 consultants who are looking to take a step into a purely Delivery role, as well as Delivery Consultants and Resourcers.
Base salary up to £30,000 plus a full commission scheme, offering a % of each deal done and no threshold.

- Exposure to working within a professional, white collar recruitment market
- Autonomy and an ability to motivate themselves in a fully remote environment.
- Ability to generate and qualify candidates effectively, whilst supporting BD efforts by gathering market information.
- Experience managing candidates throughout the timeline, from initial contact through to aftercare
