Delivery Consultant - Trillion (SAP Recruitment) | Shoreditch
Trillion is the SAP-focused recruitment division within QXi. In two years, the team has grown to 7 heads and generated £2m in NFI, working with clients across the SAP ecosystem on a global basis.
We're not a standard contingency shop. Trillion offers a solution-based service, meaning we work as an extension of our clients' teams to solve SAP resourcing challenges, rather than just filling vacancies as they come up.
The role
We're looking for a Delivery Consultant to join the Trillion team and drive candidate attraction across our client accounts. This is a delivery-focused role: you'll own high volume sourcing and screening, working closely with the sales team to fill roles at pace without compromising on quality.
You won't be expected to bring in new business, your focus is on delivering exceptional candidates into live accounts, building a strong SAP talent pipeline as you go.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
