Recruitment Delivery Consultant

180 Recruitment – Technical / Engineering

UAE & International Markets

Fully Remote

Monthly Team Meet-Ups in the South West

Basic Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced recruiter who genuinely loves the candidate side of recruitment, but doesn't necessarily want the pressure of business development and running a full 360 desk?

I'm working with a small, established, stable, and successful specialist recruitment business that operates across Technology and Technical recruitment in the UK and internationally.

They have a small team and have built a genuinely adult, trust-based culture. Everyone works remotely, but the whole team gets together once a month in the South West for a team meeting/activity, alongside wider company trips and incentives throughout the year.

They're now looking for an experienced 180 Technical Delivery Consultant to support established, long-standing clients predominantly across the UAE.

The opportunity

This is a genuine delivery-focused position rather than a 360 role.

The Directors have been building relationships within the UAE market for a long time and currently have around 50 live vacancies across the business.

You'll work closely with them to identify and engage specialist Technical talent globally for predominantly mid to senior-level positions.

You'll need to be someone who enjoys getting your teeth into a niche, detailed brief, learning new technical skill sets, and finding candidates who aren't necessarily sitting on job boards.

Average fees are around £14k, so although you won't be responsible for winning the business, this is still very much a commercial recruitment role and they want someone hungry to deliver!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your role will include:

  • Sourcing specialist Technical and Engineering candidates globally.
  • Headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
  • Using LinkedIn extensively to identify niche talent.
  • Market mapping and building specialist candidate networks.
  • Understanding complex technical briefs and learning new markets quickly.
  • Screening and qualifying candidates.
  • Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
  • Working closely with the Directors to understand client requirements.
  • Delivering against existing vacancies and established client relationships.
  • Supporting predominantly UAE recruitment, with some UK requirements when needed.

Who would suit them?

They're looking for someone confident, trustworthy, articulate, adaptable, driven, and passionate about recruitment.

You'll need strong recruitment delivery experience and genuinely enjoy the sourcing/headhunting side of the job.

You will need some experience of recruiting Technical roles. You don't necessarily need to have recruited every type of role before, but you do need to be someone who can understand a niche brief quickly, research the market, and work out where to find the right people.

Because you'll be sourcing internationally, you'll also need to be flexible and comfortable speaking with candidates across different locations and time zones.

This could be a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who still wants to be commercial, busy, and rewarded for results, but would prefer to focus on finding great candidates rather than cold BD.

This is a fully remote business, so you'll need to be self-motivated and comfortable managing your own day without being micromanaged.

There are KPIs, but they're realistic. Activity is logged through the CRM and the philosophy is very much about employing experienced adults, trusting them, and giving them the autonomy to perform.

Salary & Bonus

Basic salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + bonus.

There are also clear milestones in place to increase your basic salary based on results and performance.

Benefits & Culture

  • Fully remote working.
  • 28 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays.
  • Private healthcare after probation, including dental.
  • Perkbox.
  • Monthly team meet-ups and activities.
  • Summer team trip, typically 2–4 nights away.
  • Christmas overnight event.
  • Regular incentives and trips.
  • Realistic KPIs.
  • Daily contact and support despite working remotely.
  • Collaborative, adult working environment.
  • Genuine autonomy without unnecessary micromanagement.

I also really like the Directors' longer-term vision. They're looking for people who genuinely want to become part of what they're building, with plans longer term to share more of the success and profits of the business with the employees who help them grow it.

If you're an experienced recruiter who loves sourcing, headhunting global talent, and finding difficult-to-find candidates, wants genuine autonomy, and likes the idea of working closely with experienced Directors on established international accounts, I'd love to speak with you.
