Delivery Consultant
Location: Leeds
Desk: Data or Change & Transformation or Software
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join our Leeds team. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, loves building strong relationships and is passionate about connecting top tech talent with some of the UK’s most innovative digital businesses. We’re looking for a driven, relationship-led recruitment professional with a flair for candidate engagement, talent mapping, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes across the technology market.
If you’ve got 2+ years experience in recruitment delivery, talent acquisition, candidate management, or candidate resourcing (ideally within tech) and you’re ready to step into a business where you can make real impact, build your market, and accelerate your career while making serious commission, we want to hear from you.

The Role
You’ll focus on the delivery side of the recruitment process, identifying, engaging and managing high-quality tech talent across your market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and engaging top tech candidates
- Managing the full candidate journey
- Building strong talent networks and relationships
- Partnering with consultants on live roles
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in agency recruitment delivery / resourcing / candidate management
- Tech recruitment exposure ideal (but not essential)
- Strong communicator with a relationship-led approach
- Organised, proactive and commercially driven
- A genuine self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Able to commute to the Leeds office
