Delivery Consultant at Levick Stanley
Change, Transformation & Technology Recruitment
Levick Stanley is growing, and we're looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our team. We're a (nearly) 10 year old, market-leading specialist recruitment firm focused on Change, Transformation and Technology, working with clients who value quality delivery over volume.
We are HQ'd in Central London (Moorgate/Liverpool Street) but this can be remote or hybrid with occasional travel.
This is a candidate-facing role at the heart of what we do: finding exceptional professionals and matching them with our clients' most business-critical vacancies. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Business Development and Delivery team, owning the full delivery cycle from sourcing through to placement and aftercare.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and managing a continuous pipeline of passive candidates through proactive sourcing, market mapping and networking.
- Working on live roles from day 1 across our core markets and clients.
- Advertising live roles across LinkedIn, job boards, our ATS and website.
- Growing your own personal brand to become a go-to name for top talent in the market.
- Managing inbound applications, screening candidates and building strong shortlists for client consideration.
- Coordinating interviews, gathering feedback and keeping candidates and clients aligned throughout the process.
- Working closely with our Business Development and Delivery Management teams to fill live vacancies and identify new opportunities.
- Managing offer, placement and onboarding processes, then staying close to candidates and clients post-placement to build long-term relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Ideally some recruitment or sales experience - maybe a 360 recruiter looking for a 180 role.
- No prior experience required as a pre-requisite, but you will need to demonstrate our 3 core values of Accountability, Application and Attitude.
- Someone who thrives on candidate generation and genuinely enjoys the sourcing process, works collaboratively with a Business Development team, and cares about getting the candidate experience right, not just filling a vacancy.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, a proactive, organised approach, and a solid understanding of recruitment compliance and best practice will set you up to succeed.
If you want to build a career where relationships and candidate experience genuinely matter, we'd love to hear from you.
