Company Description

Insights is a Learning and Development company that aims to change the world through the power of self-awareness. Our core purpose is to create a world where people truly understand themselves and others and are inspired to make a positive difference in everything they do. Job Description

Delivery Consultant

Help organisations unlock their potential through exceptional learning experiences. If you're passionate about creating learning experiences that genuinely make a difference, this could be the role for you.

As a Delivery Consultant, you'll work directly with customers to deliver exceptional learning experiences that help organisations achieve their strategic objectives, build lasting capability, and realise measurable value from their investment in Insights. Every workshop, coaching conversation and customer interaction is an opportunity to create impact and add value. You'll build trusted relationships with practitioners and senior leaders, strengthen confidence in the Insights portfolio, and help customers turn learning into meaningful action.

This is a customer-facing delivery role first and foremost, allowing you to do what you do best: facilitate engaging learning experiences, inspire change, and help customers achieve measurable outcomes. Alongside delivery, you'll contribute to the ongoing evolution of our learning ecosystem by sharing insights, capturing feedback and helping shape future learning experiences.

What you'll be doing

Creating meaningful impact for customers

  • Deliver engaging, relevant and impactful learning experiences that create real value for customers, facilitating both virtual and face-to-face sessions with confidence, gravitas and agility.
  • Build credibility and trusted relationships with practitioners and senior leaders.
  • Help customers build capability, confidence and long-term success.
  • Ensure every engagement leaves customers clear on their next stage of development.

Deepening customer value

  • You'll be naturally curious about your customers, taking time to understand their challenges, ambitions and opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships that strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen impact beyond the immediate engagement.
  • Help customers understand the full value of the wider Insights portfolio.
  • Support practitioner development, confidence and product adoption.
  • Capture and qualify opportunities that support future customer growth.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with our sales colleagues, providing feedback and debriefing opportunities following delivery sessions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
